A new barcode system for even better performance
In the spare parts and logistics business at our main location in Bad Kreuznach, one thing counts above all others: speed – from the first reaction to a customer enquiry through to delivery.
To make sure our service satisfies your demands to the full, we have developed and implemented an innovative barcode system to make warehousing significantly more efficient and logistics even faster. This system generates a uniquely identifiable barcode for every package, which allows it to be tracked from the supplier or factory through to installation on the respective building site. When on site, the content of the package can be easily and quickly allocated to the appropriate section of the plant by scanning the code.
The system primarily optimizes the shipping and installation of new plants, but also service conversions or subsequent deliveries to the building site concerned. Additional benefits:

Yet another bonus: the official certification of Siempelkamp Logistics & Service with the status of “Known Consignor” guarantees the reliable shipping of time-critical spare parts. Thanks to this certification, we take on the function of controlling the entire outgoing air freight for you. This which would otherwise have to be carried out in a time-consuming and expensive external procedure. The goods leave our warehouse in Bad Kreuznach as secure freight and thus avoid you having to interrupt the shipments.
