Our Technical Helpdesk is the first point of contact in these cases:
- Minor plant problems
- Technical or process questions
- Need for advice on product or production optimization
Since different know-how is required here, our remote service team receives the inquiries, delegates them to the appropriate Siempelkamp specialists and manages them until a solution is found. For more complex topics, we offer our expert systems optionally on a loan basis. They allow us a visual live connection and, if required, even direct access to the plant control system.
