Modification concepts and project examples

We offer various component-specific upgrades for the ContiRoll^®, which considerably improve press performance. Modification example: For the optimal production of very light or extremely thin wood-based panels, special pressure profiles are required in the longitudinal and transverse direction of the press. In order to generate these, the ContiRoll^® can be equipped with additional differential cylinders for optimized transverse pressure distribution and retrofitted with pressure distribution plates for improved longitudinal pressure distribution.
