Automation of processes
More efficient business processes
through standardized procedures
With Siempelkamp Logistics & Service as a partner, plant operators can actively ensure reliable production and high availability. There are several ways to do this based on linked business processes. Service 4.0 represents an important component of the SLS strategy.
Service 4.0 in practice
Synchronization of processes
Examples of this networking of customer processes with our own processes: the computer-based loading of spare parts lists and prices directly into the customer’s ERP-system or the fully automated exchange of order data between the ERP systems. This way the flow of information and goods is synchronized which makes the business process more efficient.
Smart Service –
Basis for smart logistics
Closely linked to Service 4.0 is Logistics 4.0 and warehouse networking. With our warehouse-management system we created the basis for logistics which is fit for the networked future.
- Cooperation based on an efficient and highly automated network
- Saving of resources
- High availability and reliable production
