This is ensured, for example, by more home office options and shift work, which means that our departments are currently able to continue working as effectively and normally as possible.

Thanks to our modern, extensively equipped logistics center at the Bad Kreuznach location we are still able to process spare parts orders quickly, smoothly and from stock. Our supply chains are still largely intact so that we can supply you accordingly.

For our customers without a separate service contract our emergency hotline is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Your service request will be immediately accepted, classified and subsequently processed.

Customers with 24/7 Remote Service contract: For our contract customers we are of course also available outside the above mentioned times – namely 24/7 and remotely. In the event of a malfunction our service experts can dial into your system via the secure router-to-router connection. As a customer with a 24/7 Remote Service contract, please continue to contact us via the ticket system.
