Remote Glasses bring our experts to your plant: Using intuitive data glasses, our specialists can guide and advise you on mechanical problems or process-related issues, for example - as if they were standing next to you at the plant. At the same time, you have access to information, such as images or design drawings, and communication channels such as the licensed video chat function. All that is required to operate Remote Glasses is an Internet connection via a smartphone or WLAN network.

We offer Remote Glasses as a stand-alone solution under a license agreement. In the case of planned service assignments such as installation work or commissioning, we will of course also provide you with the technology on a loan basis.
